Sofimed guarantees to any its user his/her right for refund, in case if such user is not satisfied with the quality of the provided services.
Each refund is made by Sofimed with reasonable care and due diligence.
The user, who has paid for the Sofimed services, may request a refund in accordance with the criteria as further set out herein.
Refund will be only considered where the user complies with the eligibility criteria in full. If the user does non complies with any of the eligibility criteria, Sofimed shall save the right, in its sole discretion, to decline the user’s request for a refund.
· Sofimed undertakes to make its best efforts to support the users in case of any disputes related to refunds of purchased services.
· This Refund Policy concerns exclusively payments by Sofimed services and users’ funds.
· This Refund Policy does not cover any additional fees or charges.
According to the Consumer Rights Directive of 2011 for the European Union, citizens have the right to obtain a refund during 14 days from the date of purchase.
In order to apply for a refund, the user has to send a request to Customer Service email address email@example.com.
To prevent prohibited conduct, all payments and information related to refund may be verified by Sofimed. In such a case, Sofimed may request the user to provide certain information, including, but not limited to email, phone number, first and last name, address or/and any other prove of the fact that disputed payment was made and the reason of refund request. In case if the user fails to provide appropriate information upon the Sofimed request or in case of any doubts as to authenticity of provided information, Sofimed shall be entitled to decline the user’s refund request.
Sofimed shall process the user’s refund request as soon as is reasonably practicable. Response time will vary depending on stated reasons of the refund request. In any case, Sofimed shall notify the user about the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out in this policy.
Refund request will only be approved or declined after meticulous verification of user’s information made by Sofimed.
In case a user does not use the provided services, the future payments should be canceled at Unsubscribe link (mentioned in the footer of the site). Sofimed reserves the right make a refund only of the initial payment. All subsequent payments should be conducted with considering of accepting the automatic service renewal by user.
Sofimed reserve the right to provide a partial refund if service was provided. Amount of the refund is determined by personal according to the reason of the refund request and with reasonable care and due diligence.
· Submission of refund request does not guarantee that the user’s request will be satisfied.
· Sofimed reserves the right to contact the user with the request to provide additional information and/or keep updating a user about the status of the refund request.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
All requests for refund should be provided to Sofimed by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund requests to the Sofimed by email should be sent by email with 'Refund Request' in the subject line.
Sofimed can issue a refund only to the source of the payment.
Only authorized billing agents of Sofimed can issue refunds.
Within fifteen (5) days as of the date of refund request receipt, Sofimed shall contact the user to request further information (if required) and the user shall provide such information as soon as reasonably practicable but in any case no later than fourteen (14) days following such request.
Sofimed reserve the right notify the user by email on its final decision regarding Refund:
· within five (5) days following the receipt of the last requested additional information;
· within five (5) days following the receipt of refund request if no further information is requested.
· In specific cases, refund may be made without customer's approval.
· Refund will be processed without undue delay, and in any event within ten (10) days beginning with the day on which Sofimed agrees that the user is entitled to a refund.
· The user will have no Refund:
· When the user fails to provide Sofimed with the required information within the terms set in this policy.
· If Sofimed suspects that the user has, or is, engaged in, or have in any way been involved in, fraudulent or illegal activity, including prohibited conduct. There is no ground for refund.
Sofimed expects the user to contact it using Sofimed contact details to resolve any problem or issue related to his/her payments before the user makes any Chargeback request. This Section does not affect any rights and/or claims, which the user may have against the bank/financial institution.
Sofimed will investigate any chargeback requests made by the user and may request the additional details for a dispute/chargeback initiated from the user's issuing bank.
Any charges, which arise upon processing a refund, shall be covered solely by the user. Such charges will be deducted from the final amount of Refund.
This Refund Policy will be amended from time to time if there is any change in the legislation. Terms and conditions of the Refund Policy are subject to change by Sofimed and in the case of any amendments, Sofimed will make an appropriate announcement.
If the user does not wish to accept the revised Refund Policy, he/she should not continue useing Sofimed Services. If the user continues useing the services after the date on which the change comes into effect, his/her usage of services is covered by the new Refund Policy
